MORTGAGE/LOAN APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Sending a request for an offer

Contact me by entering only a few details via the form under the online offer request menu item.

2. Needs assessment

After a telephone / e-mail consultation, I will be aware of your requirements, needs.

3. Request offers from banks

Based on the needs assessment, I will contact the relevant banks and – if there is a realistic chance – I will ask for special discounts.

4. Presentation of individual bank offers, bank selection

I organize the offers received from the banks, and then present the best 3-4 offers to you, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. Don’t forget that the final decision is yours.

5. Preparation and submission of a loan application

You will receive a list of the documents required to apply for a loan. While you collect these and send them to me, I will compile the loan application form package. If all this is in place, after signing the loan application, I will submit the package to the chosen bank.

6. Decision, bank contract, disbursement

After the bank’s decision, you sign the loan agreement at the bank after arranging an appointment, and then, after meeting the disbursement conditions, the bank disburses the requested amount.
