I am János Fekete, an independent financial specialist. My family and I live ion Veresegyház. I graduated as an economist in 2008 at the Budapest University of Economics at the Bsc level, then in 2012 I obtained an Msc degree at Szent István University. Since January 2018, I have also been qualified as a real estate broker and real estate appraiser.
In addition to my full-time job since 2010, I have been dealing with real estate investments and I have often been approached by close family members/friends for advice on financial questions.
By constantly expanding my financial knowledge and my product portfolio, I have come to the point where now, as an official partner of Benks Kft., I have full range of 12 banks 12 insurance companies, 3 housing saving companies in my portfolio, so I can tailor the most favorable plan and product-mix for my clients.
After being contacted by the client, I start with a needs assessment, after that – in consultation with the banks if special conditions are requested – I present the 3 most favorable offers during a personal meeting (or online meeting if required). My name is Éva Tóth, I have been working as an independent mortgage and loan specialist for 2 years. I live in Göd with my family. I graduated as an economist in 2008 at the Budapest University of Economics at Bsc level. I met János in America, where we spent our internship together in Colorado and made friends immediately. After returning from America, I obtained a job as a sales manager and worked in several 5-star hotels in Hungary and abroad as well. I have been thinking about trying myself in other fields for years, as I was always amazed by the area related to real estate investments and loans. I joined János at the beginning of 2022 and have been continuously developing my professional knowledge ever since. I am extremely customer oriented, focused, and structured.
